What would change if you were told, “You can only have this one car for your entire lifetime?”
This is my suggestion for a brief survey that I think can impact your health.
The sales of bullshit, under the health food label, is a multi-billion-dollar industry targeting you
“How ready are you to pitch today?”
Information is not a problem anymore. Sifting through poor information, though, that’s the new Mount Everest
Here’s the problem. Both of those processes would elicit the same color change on a pee-stick. I argue one is TRUE ketosis and one is False. “and…Cue the billion dollar dollar industry selling you garbage you don’t need.”
Out of everything in my practice, two decades of experimentation, constant change, and updates, nothing has had a bigger impact on my success stories than just plain knowing what to do and WHEN to do it.
The problem is, you have to have a disease, illness or injury first, in order for us to treat it. Most of us that got into “doctoring” didn’t get into it for this.
I don’t know what 4.8 pounds of fishsticks looks like, but I know what a 16 oz T bone looks like and I did NOT eat nearly 5 of those!
At its roots, it is exactly what it sounds like – a mini fast – you’re going to skip a meal or two. (Spoiler alert, you’ll live through it)
